Enjoy the freshness of the dishes lovingly prepared personally by our chef Wilfied Raidt, served before a wonderful view of the castle. In order to always be able to pamper you with the best quality, all ingredients we use come exclusively from regional sources: game from the local gamekeeper, our tender lamb from the local Glatt-valley sheep farmer, freshwater fish from Black Forest streams, poultry, beef, bread baked in a wood-fired oven and home-grown produce from the local farmers. And you are sure to find a suitable wine from selected local winemakers in Baden and Württemberg on our wine list. In order to allow us to fulfil all your wishes and always offer you outstanding quality we ask that you book a table in good time. Without a reservation we may not be able to cater for you due to the limited number of places available. Talk to us if you are planning a celebration or an event. We would be pleased to compose individual seasonal menus or dishes for you. Our “Schlossblickstube“ offers space for small functions with up to 30 persons; the adjoining room has space for up to 60 persons.
